EID-UL-AZHA: The second great festival in Islam in the world. Locally it is called Kurbani (scarification) festival. In Islam, first human being had been sent on this planet by the Allah (God) in a certain time who was ‘Adam’ for his punishment from the heaven.

After long years from his time the prophet Hazrat Ebrahim (Alai-O-As-salam) had been sent to the Arabian country where human being were spread out with impurity, insincerity and involved with inhuman activities. 

Allah sent him for sanctification. In his time Hazrat Ebrahim (A-O-S),Allah (God) ordered him to sacrifice his beloved one in the name of Allah (by the word of Quran and Hadis).

Hazrat Ebrahim (A-O-S) had thought himself his only son Esmail (A-O-S) was beloved to him on that time,

so he promised himself he should offer him in the name of Allah and gone to the top place between ‘Safa’ and ‘Marwa’ hill near ‘Macca town’ for immolation. Without feeling any hesitation, illusion taking a piece of cloth on his eyes while he had applied sword on the neck of his son,

the Allah accepted his scarification and after the process of immolation opening eyes Hazrat Ebrahim (A-O-S) saw there was sacrificed a ‘Dumba’ in place of his son Esmail. Astonishing it again he prayed to the Allah but information reached to him miracle Allah accepted his scarification, no need to sacrifice again.

The EID-UL-AZHA festival has been performing since that time following the incidence every year. This happening was probably 4000 B.C  as per a few archeological scriptures in history and the

witness of the holy book Quran.

Significance of Qurbani : The holy book Quran has ordered ‘ You sacrifice………..” . Sacrifice in the sense your beloved animal should be sacrificed. You rearing grow it, make your illusion within it, then you sacrifice. During scarification don’t feel illusion otherwise you’re your immolation may not be accepted by Allah, although you have sacrificed money for it. Remember Allah don’t want only money scarification but your heart, love, persistency, and the real sublimity to your society, to your inhabitants, the needless peoples.

Immolation flesh:  Geographical location, region, locality, budget and availability animals are used for scarification. As he-goat, camel, Dumba, cow etc. After Qurbani flesh is divided in three equal shares. One is for owner, second for poor near peoples, third is for his near relatives. If value of skin, should be donated to the Madrasa and poor people fully.  

EID-UL-AZHA NAMAZ: Manbazar Jama Maszid has declared Eid ul Azha namaz time on morning of the moon (10^th Dhual-Hijjah) at 9.00 A.M on 16/10/2013 Wednesday. Namaz will be done in the Manbazar Jama Maszid (mosque). After namaz all will be hugged to each other and they may give

‘zakat’ (donate money) to the attend poor people near mosque.

All Muslim are obelized to sacrifice who are able as per their financial condition. Scarification is offered to the Allah in the name of family member. The immolation work begins after the Eid ul Azha Namaz (10^th day of moon Dhual-Hijja, morning)

and end ‘Mugrib’ (seeing 13^th day of moon Dhual-Hajja). According to Gregorian calendar it is scheduled after 9.00 A.M Wednesday on 16/10/2012 to 5.00 P.M Monday on 18/10/2013.

Durgapuja is great hindu festival from the mythological age . We can see the event of Durgapuja in Kritibas Ramayana instead of Valmiki’s Ramayana in ancient time. In history, modern time Durgapuja had been performing since the king Tahir of Rajshahi more than 900 years ago. Before that time , Durgapuja were done in different places of India like interior place of Kashmir,Kashi etc in other model. There worship were done in ‘Vashnabik Achar’ (Vashnabik rule). The used ‘Tiger’ in lieu of ‘Lion’ on their worship of the deity of the Goddess Durga.

According to history, on the time of king Tahir, there were arranged for the worship of Goddess Durga in systematic first time and cost was valued approximate nine lakh on that time for this Durgapuja.Present days Durgapuja is the result of on that days arrangements. Gradually the worship spread over not only the interior places of India but over the world. People said the worship of Goddess Durga was the only worship of ‘landlord’ and ‘richest’ person’s. Actually the Durgapuja is ‘mother’s worship’ hence, all can arrange this worship of the deity of Goddess Durga as per their budget.

After the British rein in independent India, Durgapuja stands with different themes of ‘Swaraj’, ‘Asur’ etc. Manbazar is the very old time. Durgapuja has been performing here for more than 300 years back from the time of king Mukundanarayan Dev of Gor Patharmohra.

Manbazar Jama Maszid Committee declared Eid Ul Fitar namaj will be celebrated at this mosque just 9:30 A.M without any waiting.The Sawaal moon has been sighted today at evening ,all are preparing for EID-UL-FITAR namaj.

Summary of Eid-Ul-Fitar

Ramjan is the holy month of Islam and the muslim calander. During this fasting month muslim stop drinking, eating,getting sex from beginning of ‘Fazr’(sunrise) to ‘Magrib’(sunset) and abstain from any evil works either looking,feeling,and touching. In this month muslim involve special prayer for hoping getting More benidication and being closer to Allah.

Probably the EID-UL-FITAR festive has been started since the age of 54 of Hazrat Mohammad (Sallalah-O-Alaiah-Sallam) after the return to Madina in 624 A.D in history. Every year it follows the end of holy month Ramajan and the starting day of next month ‘Shawaal’.Seeing the moon of Ramjan ‘Roja’(fasting) start and seeing the moon of Shawaal ‘Roja’ end and the great festival of Islam ‘EID-UL-FITAR’ is celebrated early in the morning after passing first night of ‘Shawaal’.Durining this fasting month special ‘Namaj’(prayer) is done each mosque at night,its called ‘Tarabi namaj’ in which ‘The holy Quran’ is recited and read out to followers (who attend prayer).Before the end of Ramjan month every member of each family must give ‘fitra’(donation) to the needless,poor pupils at the rate of 1.66 kg.wheet value of local open market price, before and after the attend of EID-UL-FITAR namaj they should give ‘Zakat’(donate) at the rate of 5% of their secure property.This great festive is celebrated with sharing fragrance, sweets, wearing new cloths and hugging to each other is the sign of unity and fraternity of human creation. So ‘Sadkatul Fitra ‘ and ‘Sadkatul Zakat’ has been ‘Farz’(obliged) to Islam for the providing financial assistance to the penniless, poor pupils, getting this benefit they become affordable to share and get the great festival  all entertainment equally. The last Friday of Ramjan month is called ‘ALBEDA’ means ‘end’,the end sign of Ramjan month. Its bear same value of EID-UL-FITAR namaj.Children to old all muslim male persons atten to mosque to follow the namaj(prayer) of ‘ALBEDA’.

All are equal on the day of EID-UL-FITAR irrespective of richer and poorer, foe and enemy, elder and younger, the day is for forget and forgiveness of all disparities                   This is the Mubarak Day

Manbazar Ras is famous for a long time.It is an old festival since the age of Mallabhum,Manbhum.During this time the rural culture is blooms on .Mainly theater,drama,folk song etc are attractions in this time.Manbazar Ras was under in Purohit cast for a long time.In this year 2009, they have formed a management committee and named "MANBAZAR SARBOJANIN RAS COMMITTEE ".i.e the Ras is shared to all resident of Manbazar.

Birth day of Krishna is celebrating all over India.I also remember this day since my born with my family....because this auspicious day is not only for me but all.....the all living creature in the Universe.
